DMCA / Intellectual Property Policy

PlantHaus respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

Reporting Infringement

A valid notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. The URL of the material you claim is infringing
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email)
5. A good-faith-belief statement that the use is not authorized
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice we remove the allegedly infringing content within 24 hours and acknowledge the claimant in writing.

Designated Agent

We are in the process of registering our Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. During this period, please direct all DMCA notices to spark96.us@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice".

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. §512(g).

Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
